The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Michele Cicchetti, Partner Director, had 205,885 shares vest as part of his conditional Share Award granted under the DWF Group plc Equity Incentive Plan (the EIP) in December 2022.
