As Mr Glanville is a trustee of this Plan his non-beneficial interest in 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares is reduced to 37,810 shares. This, together with his beneficial holding of 21,218 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares, represents 1.79% of the relevant share capital and 0.254% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
