DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or "the Company") announces that it received notification on 22 December 2008 that on that day, Roger Harrison, a director of Ensor, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Company at a price of 9p per share. Mr. Harrison now holds 85,000 ordinary shares representing 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
