Victoria plc (AIM: VCP) announces that on 27 November 2018, Camden Holdings Limited ("Camden") purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.80 per cent. of Victoria's issued share capital, at a price of 490.98 pence per share.
Camden is a company owned by The Camden Trust of which Geoff Wilding, the Executive Chairman of Victoria, is the settlor and a discretionary beneficiary. Following the purchase, Geoff Wilding's remains beneficially interested in 22,438,650 Ordinary Shares, which represents 17.89 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
