Director Dealing

Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that today the following director and concert party dealings took place in respect of the offer of shares by Gavin Oldham announced on 2 June 2015:

Gavin Oldham, Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 9,595,638 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33 pence per Ordinary Share.

Kathryn Maintzer, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 818,182 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Gavin Oldham has a beneficial interest and voting rights in 35,911,010 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25% of the current issued Ordinary Shares, of which 8,002,256 Ordinary Shares, which represent approximately 5.57% of the current issued Ordinary Shares, are held personally. Kathryn Maintzer holds 1,280,449 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.89% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.

The above transactions have reduced the Gavin Oldham concert party's total holding to 98,903,996 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 68.85% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.

Share plc further announces that Richard Tolkien, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 151,515 Ordinary Shares in the offer at a price of 33 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Richard Tolkien holds 290,394 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
