The Company received notification today that Stephen Wicks, Chief Executive Officer, on 19 May 2009 purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 9.25 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Stephen Wicks now holds 20,925,009 Ordinary Shares representing 12.90 per cent of the issued share capital.
