Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 14 December 2015 that Spencer Dredge, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,051,484 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 0.95 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Spencer is interested in 1,051,484 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.001% per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
