Directors Dealing

New Trend lifestyle Group Plc (AIM: NTLG), the Singapore - based Feng Shui products and services group, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Grand Master Hillary Phang Song Hua, Chief Executive Officer.

The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 28 December 2015. Master Phang has sold his entire 100% shareholding in Spruson Investments Ltd ("Spruson"), a company which owns 7,480,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") and therefore no longer has a beneficial interest in 7,480,000 Shares. The 7,480,000 Shares were the sole asset of Spruson and the consideration of £48,620 received for Spruson equates to 0.65 pence per Share.

Ms Chunlan Liao has purchased 100% of the ordinary share capital of Spruson.

Master Phang retains a beneficial interest in 61,453,333 Shares, representing approximately 61.45 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
