The Company has been informed that on 11th March 2013 Paul Nokes, a PDMR of theCompany, called 2,006 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on thevesting of his 2009 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. 1,048 of theshares have been sold at 1955.72p each. Following this notification hisshareholding is 117,827 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.32% of the issued share capital.
