DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Coms plc (the "Company") was informed on 2 August 2010 that, on the same date, Jason Drummond, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.8p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Drummond's beneficial interest in the Company is 17,999,041 ordinary shares, representing approximately 41.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 43,423,782 ordinary shares of 1p each.
