Director Share Dealings
The Company announces that it was advised that on 27 December 2013 Leonard Seelig, Chairman and Non-executive Director, bought 9,007 ordinary shares at a price of 58.45 pence per share and that Mr Seelig's wife, Beverlee Winnett Seelig purchased 16,189 ordinary shares at 57.62 pence per share, and therefore Mr and Mrs Seelig are now interested in a total of 25,196 ordinary shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. As previously announced on 18 December 2013, Mr Seelig holds options for 300,000 shares in the Company.
