Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 42,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.08%of the outstanding share capital, at a price of 72 pence per share. As aresult, Andrew Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in theordinary shares of the Company to 720,013, representing 1.36% of the outstandingshare capital.
