Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it was notified on 4th April 2014 that Adam Kaye, a director of the company, bought on the 3rd April 2014 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Kaye's beneficial interest is now 2,830,341 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
