The Company announces that on 4 June 2015 it was informed that Robert Moyle, Chairman, had purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 June 2015 at a price of 128 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Robert Moyle's beneficial holding amounts to 460,408 Ordinary Shares or 4.5% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
