Director/PDMR Shareholding

CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company received notification on 10 June 2009 that on the same date:

1. the Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 75,025 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 302 pence per Ordinary Share. 2. Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt and therefore a connected person, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 301.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Therefore the Trust's interest, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 24,873,126 Ordinary Shares (51.79%).
