MirLand Development Corporation plc, one of Russia's leading residential and commercial property developers, announces that it was notified on 13 October 2008 that Mr Eyal Fishman, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 10 October 2008 at a price of £0.89 per share for the total consideration of £89,000.

Following the purchase, Mr Fishman now holds 120,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.116% of its issued share capital.
