REA announces that on 16 January 2015 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mrs Irene Chia, a director of the company, purchased in London on 10 October 2014 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 410p per share.
