Director's Dealings and Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 2,500 new Ordinary Shares to Peter Freeman, a director of CLA, following the exercise of warrants.

The exercise price of the warrants was 24 pence per share.

Mr Freeman now holds 2,500 Ordinary Shares in his own name.

The Company's total issued share capital is now 97,810,839 Ordinary Shares.

Application will be made to admit the new shares to AIM.
