Director and PDMR Share Purchases

FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that yesterday, Graham Whitworth, Non-Executive Director, and his wife purchased, in aggregate, 98,330 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') comprised as follows:

Vivien Whitworth 49,165 12.78

As a result, following these transactions, Mr Whitworth and his wife now have a beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 3,829,111 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.11 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.

In addition, the Company has been notified that yesterday, Nick Rutter, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased a total of 80,724 Ordinary Shares comprised as follows:

As a result, following these transactions, Mr Rutter now has a total beneficial interest of 4,182,831 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.31 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
