On 22 December 2011 JZ Capital Partners Limited (the "Company") was notified by Mr D Macfarlane, Chairman of the Company, that on 22 December 2011 he acquired 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 340p per share and that following this purchase he is interested in 43,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.12% of its issued ordinary share capital).
