REA announces that on 24 November 2014 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr M Parry, a director of the company, purchased in London on 21 November 2014 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 400p per share.
