Notification of transactions by Directors/PDMRs
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), Flybe Group plc ("Company") announces that on 8h August 2014 the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility received options over its ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the rules of the Flybe Sharesave Scheme ("SAYE"):

The option exercise price in respect of such options is 1.01 10 per cent below the average of the mid market price of the Company's shares on the three dealing days prior to the invitation date of 14th July 2014. Options are exercisable on the expiry of three years from the commencement of the relevant savings contract.
The Company also announces that on, 8th August, it allotted 1,659,467 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to Capita IRG Trustees Limited in its capacity as the trustee of the SAYE (and for the purposes of making an award of shares to employees pursuant to the SAYE).
