Correction to Director/PDMR Shareholding
Low & Bonar has been informed that, further to the announcement of 28 March 2017 in relation to Michael Powell's acquisition of a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the 25,000 Ordinary Shares were actually purchased by Michael Powell's wife, Kate Powell.
Following the purchase, Mr Powell continues to have a beneficial interest in nil Ordinary Shares, together with a non-beneficial interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
