Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 16th March 2010, the Company received notification that on 15th March 2010, Mr Ian Hunter, a PDMR, sold a total of 159,774 ordinary shares at a price of 345 pence per share and on 16th March 2010, Mr Hunter sold a further 48,000 ordinary shares at a price of 345 pence per share.
Mr Hunter's resultant share holding has reduced by 0.04% of issued share capital as a result of these transactions and is currently 725,576 ordinary shares representing 0.15% of issued share capital.
Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions. The transactions took place in Bristol on 15th and 16th March 2010.
