The Company received notification on 27 March 2015 that Careen Norval, the wife of Louis Norval, had acquired 7,750 ordinary shares on 26 March 2015 and 27 March 2015 at an average price of 57.5p. Following this transaction the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in the ordinary shares of the Company is 196,354,159 shares.
