Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 15 March 2009 that the wife of Mr Richard Clowes, non-executive director of the Company, bought 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 March 2009 at a price of 46.45 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Clowes and his family is interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified on 16 March 2009 that Mr Nigel Howard, non-executive Chairman of the Company, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 16 March 2009 at a price of 48.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Howard is interested in 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
