DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that on 13 July 2009, 1,379 shares were allocated at £5.65 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 22 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr N Page and Mr C Sollesse and 23 shares for Mr M Harris.

Also included in the allocation were 23 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
