The Company was today informed that on 17 December 2008 Jay Shaw, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 770,000 Ordinary Shares of US$ 0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife.
For the purposes of the AIM Rules, Jay Shaw's holding of Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 5,265,000, representing 21.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
