St. James’s Place plc (“the Company”) was notified that Mrs Janet Anderson-MacKenzie, a Person Closely Associated with Ian MacKenzie (a PDMR in the Company) sold 2,860 St. James’s Place plc shares on 27 March 2017.

Following the sale of the shares, Mr MacKenzie’s shareholding in the Company is 70,072 shares.
