Directors Shareholding

Eco Animal health Group plc ("Eco" or the "company") announces that the Board of Eco on 13th September 2010 granted, under the Company's Employee Share Option Schemes ("the schemes"), 20,000 to Mrs J Trouse, 50,000 to Mr B Clemo and 20,000 to Mr K Stockdale, all Directors of the company.

All options so granted are exercisable at a price of £1.61 per share and become exercisable from 13th September 2013.

Following this transaction Mrs Trouse has options over 421,100, Mr Clemo has options over 310,000 and Mr Stockdale has options over 265,000.
