IS Solutions PLC02 October 2007 I S SOLUTIONS PLC DIRECTORS INTERESTS Certain directors have today completed the exercise of share options totalling210,000 ordinary shares. The share options are at an exercise price of 6p perordinary shares and the resultant holdings of the relevant directors are set outas below. The shares in respect of the options have been satisfied as to 49,310ordinary shares by way of transfer from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), which represented the entire holding of the EBT and 160,690 ordinaryshares by way of transfer of the company's holding of Treasury Shares.
