IS Solutions PLC29 September 2005 I S SOLUTIONS PLC Directors' Dealings The Company has today been advised that the following directors purchased oracquired beneficial interests in ordinary shares on 28th September 2005 asfollows: Barrie Clark (through the Clark Pension Fund) has acquired a beneficial interestin 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each at a price of 13.75p per share. As aresult of this purchase Barrie Clark is now beneficially interested in 500,000Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.02% of the issued ordinary sharecapital. Peter English has purchased 109,090 Ordinary Shares of 2p each at a price of13.75p per share. As a result of this purchase Peter English is now beneficiallyinterested in 411,590 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.66% of theissued ordinary share capital. Jonathan West has purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each at a price of13.75p per share. As a result of this purchase Jonathan West is now beneficiallyinterested in 295,167 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.19% of theissued ordinary share capital and options in respect of 136,000 shares.
