Director's holding

The Company received notification on 22 June 2011, that on 21 June 2011, LMS Capital plc ("LMS") sold its entire holding of ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Sale"). The Hon. Robert Rayne, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director of LMS and therefore following the Sale is interested in 7,986,133 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 11.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company. This represents the Hon. Rayne's direct holding in the Company and he no longer has any indirect holding in the Company by being a director of LMS.
