Goldplat has been notified that on 19 May 2022 Gerard Kisbey-Green, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 360,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.7p per share. Gerard Kisbey-Green has sold half of his holding during the last 14 days and has no current intention to sell any more Ordinary Shares.
The shareholding of Gerard Kisbey-Green, following these transactions, amounts to 1,333,334 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.79% of the Company's voting rights.
