NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified on 17 July 2007 that Warren Tayler, non-executive Chairman of the Company had acquired 12,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 17 July 2007 at a price per Ordinary Share of 79p. Following this purchase Warren Tayler now holds 811,986 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
