The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it has received notification that on 22 September 2010 Philip Crawford, Chairman, purchased total of 590,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.25p per share. Philip Crawford is now interested in a total of 590,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.29% of the Company's current issued share capital.
