Director/PDMR Shareholding

GAME Digital plc (the 'Company') Notification of Transactions of Directors

The Company announces that on 27 October 2014 Lesley Watkins and Caspar Woolley both Non-Executive Directors of the Company notified the Company that;

1. On 27 October 2014 Lesley Watkins purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 312.515p pence per Ordinary Share; and

2. On 27 October 2014 Caspar Woolley purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 309.63 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Lesley Watkins has an interest in 3,000 Ordinary Shares and Caspar Woolley has an interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.002% and 0.003% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital respectively.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).
