Notification of transactions by director and connected persons

REA announces that it has today received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that Mr R M Robinow (chairman of REA) and his wife, P E Robinow sold yesterday, respectively, 17,500 and 15,000 ordinary shares of REA and that Emba Holdings Limited, being a company controlled by Mr Robinow and his family (and therefore a person connected with Mr Robinow), has acquired those shares, all at a price of 476p per share.
