Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and 3.1.4R (1) (b)

On 10 May 2013, Harvey Nash Group plc was notified that Tom Crawford, a Non Executive Director of the Company, jointly with Mr. Crawford's ex-spouse, Kay Crawford, had on the same day sold 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 68.228p per share. These shares were sold from a Trust for the purpose of funding their children's education.

Following the sale of the above shares Mr. Crawford's interest in the Company equates to 4,536,467 ordinary shares (6.18%).
