Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was notified on Wednesday 30 March by Alan Foster, Director, that on the same day he and related parties purchased 7,001 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 459 pence per Ordinary Share.

As such Alan Foster and related parties now hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 377,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being approximately 0.47% of the issued ordinary share capital of Avanti Communications Group plc.
