Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 25 April 2014 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, have on 25 April 2014 purchased 4,000,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.125 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 17,120,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
