Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 16 August 2011 James Hills, Non-executive Director of Tyratech, completed the purchase of 50,000 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 31 pence per Common Share.

As a result of this transaction James Hills holds 50,000 Common Shares, equal to 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
