Director/PDMR Shareholding
M Winkworth plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") was notified today that Andrew Nicol, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 4,800 Ordinary Shares in Winkworth ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr. Nicol's total interest in the Company now stands at 4,800 Ordinary Shares.
