Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 14 November 2012 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 13 November 2012 bought 27,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 108.5p each per share.

Following the transaction Mr Holmes' total interest in the Company is 188,500 Shares, representing 0.74% of the Company's total issued share capital.
