The Company announces that on 31 July 2012 John Samuel, Executive Chairman of Tissue Regenix Group Plc, acquired 290,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence at a price of 10.25 pence per ordinary share.
Following the transaction John Samuel holds 13,138,928 ordinary shares and has a beneficial interest in a further 10,740,000 ordinary shares which together represent 3.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
