Plant Impact announces that on 3 January 2013 it received notification that, on 2 January 2013, John Brubaker, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired a total of 44,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 13.75p per Share and on 3 January 2013, John acquired 27,000 Shares at a price of 13.40p. 

Following this transaction, John Brubaker is interested in 606,000 Shares, representing 1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
