DIRECTOR DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 16 September 2013 that on that date Preston Rabl, Executive Director, bought 3,416 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("shares") at a price of 126 pence per share. Following this transfer, Mr Rabl's notifiable holding in the Company will be 895,480 shares representing 1.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
