Inland Homes was notified on 4 October 2013 that on the same day, Nishith Malde, Finance Director of the Group, purchased 49,529 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.65 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Malde holds 11,270,029 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.64% of the total voting rights in the Group.
