Director shareholding
The Company announces that three Executive Directors have acquired shares in the Company as required by the terms of the Executive Directors' performance-linked remuneration. Accordingly, this morning, Directors have purchased 151,806 shares in total from their bonus for the year ended 31 January 2013, which are subject to a formal no-disposal three year lock up agreement. The shares have been acquired from the Harvey Nash Group EBT. Personal income tax has been settled by the executives personally.
