REA announces that on 23 May 2014 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr D J Blackett, a director of the company, purchased in London on 23 May 2014 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 470 pence per share.
